The toilet cistern seems to be working correctly again and the new pressure limiter on the supply pipe has greatly helped to reduce water pipe noise within the building. So thanks for that. I really appreciate the way your trades people not only give such good explanations about the needs of the job and solution options; but in this case they looked beyond just fixing the broken item to diagnosing a potential cause. They explained the concern and presented me with the option of installing a solution to reduce strain on the fittings and fixtures to prevent similar damage from reoccurring.
